Our Story

What Inspired Us

We fell in love with frozen custard in 2021, and with only a few custard shops in California, we knew we had to share it. After our homemade quarts became a local hit, we found the perfect location in Long Beach and opened Seaside Creamery in March of 2024.

What Sets Us Apart

We start with a high quality custard base from Meadowvale, which contains the same ingredients as a traditional ice cream mix with the addition of egg yolks. Those extra yolks give our ice cream a richer, denser texture and a luxuriously creamy mouthful compared to standard ice creams.

We carefully source top-quality ingredients from diverse regions to ensure the finest flavor and quality in every scoop of our ice cream.
